I find the actual entry point rather than patching where the water shows up inside, most leaks come from a handful of usual suspects.

Repairs are made watertight the same visit wherever possible, with photos of the fix sent straight to your phone.

Matched, bedded and pointed properly.

Slipped, cracked or missing tiles are matched to the existing roof and refitted so the repair blends in rather than standing out.

Ridge and hip tiles are re-bedded, pointed and mechanically secured in accordance with BS 5534.

Code 4/5 lead, dressed by hand.

Bay tops, valleys, abutments and chimney flashings formed in code 4 or code 5 lead and dressed to the detail of your roof.

Correct laps, clips and pointing mean the lead moves as it should instead of splitting a couple of winters later.

From repointing to full rebuilds.

Weathered stacks are repointed, re-flaunched and re-capped, with cowls fitted where damp or draughts are an issue.

Where the brickwork has gone too far, the stack is rebuilt to match the original and re-flashed into the roof.

Velux and rooflights, sealed properly.

New installs, like-for-like replacements and upgrades, all fitted with the correct flashing kit for your tile or slate profile.

Existing windows that leak are usually a flashing or seal issue, that gets diagnosed before anything is replaced.

Clean lines, correct falls.

Tired timber and sagging plastic replaced with uPVC fascias and soffits, finished with proper ventilation at the eaves.

New gutter runs and downpipes set to the right fall so water goes where it should, not down your wall.

Fascias, soffits and guttering are available in a range of colours and finishes to suit your property.

Keep the water moving.

Full gutter clear-outs, downpipe flushing and moss removal so blockages don't turn into damp walls and rotten timber.

Soft washing where the roof needs it, without blasting the surface off your tiles.

Once the roof is clean, a biocide wash is sprayed over the slates to kill the remaining moss spores, algae and lichen and slow their return.

Covered today, fixed properly after.

Fast response for wind-lifted tiles, torn felt and displaced ridges, with a temporary cover to stop water getting in.

Permanent reinstatement follows, with photos and a written report for your insurer if you need one.
